Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the information needed to run your account, agents, and tunnels safely. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not intentionally inspect or store the content carried inside your tunnel.

1. Information you give us

• Your email address and password. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, not readable plain text.
• Names and settings you choose for agents and tunnels, including local addresses and ports.
• Messages or information you provide when asking the administrator for support.

2. Information collected automatically

• Agent details such as operating system, architecture, hostname, software versions, last-seen time, health state, and tunnel count.
• Connection details such as IP address, public endpoint, timestamps, configuration status, and operational errors.
• Security and audit records, including important account or administrator actions and the browser user-agent used for them.
• Essential session cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms from unauthorized requests.

3. Tunnel traffic

Your traffic passes through the selected System Eternia FRP node so it can reach your agent. We do not intentionally read or permanently store the payload carried through a TCP or UDP tunnel. We may process connection and traffic metadata needed for routing, health monitoring, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and capacity planning. The application you expose may separately collect its own data.

4. Why we use this information

We use it to authenticate you and your agents, allocate public ports, deliver tunnel configuration, show live status, diagnose failures, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce service rules, maintain security, and comply with valid legal obligations.

5. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by infrastructure providers that host the panel, database, cache, email, backups, or network nodes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate abuse, or to protect users, GarudaDev, and the public. We share only what is reasonably necessary for that purpose.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and configuration data is kept while it is needed to provide the service. Deleted tunnels, agents, credentials, and port allocations are removed from active use, while limited security, audit, event, and backup records may remain for a reasonable period so we can investigate incidents, restore service, or meet legal obligations.

7. Security

We use measures such as HTTPS, hashed passwords and agent secrets, encrypted node credentials, one-time enrollment tokens, access controls, audit logs, and restricted infrastructure. No internet service can promise perfect security, so you should also protect your account, device, and exposed applications.

8. Your choices

You can revoke or delete agents, delete tunnels, rotate enrollment credentials, and sign out from the panel. Ask the System Eternia administrator if you need to correct account information, request account deletion, or ask what information is associated with you.

9. Updates and questions

We may update this notice as System Eternia changes. The effective date above will identify the current version. For privacy questions or requests, contact the System Eternia administrator through the channel that gave you access.
