Terms of Service

The short version

System Eternia helps you make a service running on your own computer reachable through a public TCP or UDP address. Use it for services you own or are allowed to operate, keep your account secure, and do not use it to harm people or networks.

1. Your account and devices

• Give us accurate account information and protect your password, enrollment tokens, and agent credentials.
• Install an agent only on a device you own, manage, or have clear permission to use.
• You are responsible for the games, websites, APIs, or other services published through your tunnels.
• If you believe an account, agent, or token has been compromised, revoke it and contact the System Eternia administrator.

2. What is welcome

Normal user-run services are welcome, including multiplayer game servers, hobby projects, development environments, and personal services shared with people you trust—provided the activity is lawful and does not put other users or infrastructure at risk.

3. What is not allowed

Do not use System Eternia to:

• spread malware, phishing, spam, stolen data, or harmful content;
• control devices without permission, operate botnets or command-and-control infrastructure, or hide malware-like traffic;
• scan, attack, exploit, disrupt, or gain access to systems you do not own or have permission to test;
• evade platform safeguards, legal restrictions, moderation, rate limits, or network blocks;
• infringe privacy, copyright, trademarks, or other rights;
• resell, sublicense, or provide another person access to System Eternia without approval from its administrator; or
• overload the service or interfere with another user’s tunnels.

4. Public tunnels carry real risk

A public tunnel lets internet users reach the local service and port you configured. Protect that service with appropriate authentication, updates, firewall rules, backups, and application-level security. Do not expose an admin panel, database, remote desktop, or other sensitive service unless you understand and accept the risk.

5. Availability and changes

System Eternia is provided on a best-effort, “as available” basis. Maintenance, provider outages, software defects, abuse prevention, or network conditions may interrupt a tunnel. We may change features, limits, nodes, or port assignments when reasonably necessary to operate or secure the service.

6. Enforcement and deletion

We may disable a tunnel, revoke an agent, suspend an account, preserve relevant records, or block traffic when needed to investigate abuse, protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, or enforce these terms. You can delete your tunnels and agents from the panel. Permanent agent deletion also deletes its attached tunnels and releases their public ports.

7. Responsibility and limits

You use the service at your own risk and remain responsible for your local services, content, users, and backups. To the extent allowed by applicable law, System Eternia and GarudaDev are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data, lost profits, third-party activity, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

8. Updates and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above will change when we do. If a change is important, we will make a reasonable effort to announce it in the panel. For questions or account requests, contact the System Eternia administrator through the channel that gave you access.
